Eligibility to Purchase
The purchase of products from jour.com.au is limited only to parties who can enter into and form contracts in accordance with the Australian law.
Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information. When providing payment details, customers must warrant that the payment details provided are theirs and are both valid and correct.
Prices
All prices quoted in Australian dollars (AUD$) and include 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax). GST is charged and included on all Australian orders including freight, there is no GST charge for International orders. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed via PayPal secure payment gateway using an SSL secured server or Direct Bank Deposit (Australian Customers Only).
Bank deposit payments must be made and received by Jour within two working days of order confirmation, if payment is not received by this time frame the order will be cancelled without notice.
Jour.com.au takes every precaution to make our site as secure as possible, we do not hold any payment details on record.
Customers using PayPal have the option to pay by MasterCard or Visa credit card or, payments can also be processed via a customer's PayPal account. There is no requirement for customers to create a PayPal account. There is an option for customer's to create a PayPal account, if they so desire, during the checkout process, but this is not a mandatory requirement.
PayPal payments will be cleared from your account upon receipt of your order. The credit card you are using must be yours. All credit card/debit holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of the payment method refuses to authorise the payment, jour.com.au will not be held responsible for any non-delivery.
