Shipping & Freight Charges
Purchases made within Australia and overseas will be dispatched for delivery within 1-3 working days from date of purchase and shipped by Australia Post.

All shipments will be charged per weight which is calculated in real time by our online Australia Post calculator. Australian customers have the option to have their shipments sent via Regular Parcel Post, Registered Post or Insured Post. Overseas customers have the option to have their shipments sent via Regular Air or Insured Air. Jour does not accept responsibility for non-deliveries of parcels delivered by Regular Parcel Post or Regular Air and recommends that all customers select either Registered or Insured Post.

Returns Policy
We are proud of our quality range of fashion jewellery and we want you to enjoy doing business with us, so naturally, we guarantee every item 100%.

All items purchased via the Jour Online Shop are guaranteed for 14 days from the date of purchase against manufacturing faults or defects.

If you are disappointed with anything that you have purchased from us, please return the item/s and accompany them with your invoice, which is included with the goods. The Jour returns policy does not cover postage for any returns and postage must be paid for by the customer. Please note that customers will not be charged additional delivery fees for the delivery to the customer of an exchange.

Items must be unused and undamaged and returned within 14 days from date of purchase. You can choose to have either an exchange, account credit or full refund (shipping excluded).

We package all purchased products exceptionally well to ensure your goods arrive to you in mint condition. If however you receive a faulty product, please notify jour.com.au immediately and the item will be exchanged for you.

Jour strongly advises customers to thoroughly check the product when it is received to ensure you are satisfied with the products. Refunds and exchanges will not be permitted after 14 days from the date of purchase.

Returns & Refunds
If you would like to return your purchase for an exchange, credit or refund, please contact us at sales@jour.com.au or on 613 9723 1116 within 7 days of receiving your purchase to advise us of the situation. We will then ask you to post the item back to us in the condition you received it and we will either replace the item or issue a credit or issue a refund.
